These terms cover your use of Go See Shows (goseeshows.com, "the site", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site is

Go See Shows is a free guide to upcoming concerts. We gather public listing facts (who is playing, where, when, price and ticket links) from venue calendars, ticket sellers and other public sources, and check them daily. We don't sell tickets, we aren't the organizer of any event, and we aren't affiliated with the artists, venues or sellers we list unless we say so.

Listings can be wrong

We try to keep listings accurate, but dates, times, prices, lineups, age limits and availability change, and sources sometimes make mistakes. Always confirm details with the venue or ticket seller before you buy or travel. Labels such as "Likely to sell out" or "Under the radar" are our own estimates, not promises. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

Buying tickets

Ticket and venue links take you to other websites. Any purchase is between you and that seller, under their terms, prices, fees and refund policies. We aren't responsible for third-party sites, their content or their transactions. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• overload the site or interfere with how it works, including heavy automated scraping. Use the public JSON feed at /<city>/shows.json instead;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass, spam or mislead anyone;
• present the site, or copies of it, as your own, or suggest we endorse you.

Reusing our data

Search engines, AI assistants and others may index the site and cite individual listings, as long as they link back to the show or venue page they cite. Event facts belong to no one, but our selection, descriptions, design and code are ours. For bulk or commercial reuse, email us first.

Names, images and trademarks

Artist, venue and seller names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the event. Event images come from the event's own listing. If you own something shown here and want it corrected or removed, email us and we'll act on it quickly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Go See Shows and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on a listing, including missed, cancelled, changed or sold-out events, or purchases made on other sites. If we are found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to US$50.

Changes and ending access

We may change the site or these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here, with the date updated below. We may limit access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in King County, Washington.
