About this show

Good Heat plays Epiphany Center for the Arts, a 600-capacity club in West Loop, on Saturday, November 21. Doors open at 5 PM and the show starts at 8 PM. Tickets are $4.72 to $26.60 plus fees.

Good Heat is a world created between riddim and blues, between the island diaspora and the cities, like Chicago, Brooklyn, and London, that nurtured imagination and expanded expression globally. November 21, Syx Williams curates a specific feel, thoughtfully bringing together DJ, musical artists and dancers to infuse Chicago with some Good Heat. Join us for DJ GabSoul’s Chicago debut! The night also features Chicago staple DJ Mochi, Chicago Blues legend Harmonica Hinds, and Dancehall Queen Ms. Mighty. Music will range from island music (ie soca, dancehall, bouyon) to R&B, soul, house, hip-hop, and whatever fits within the feel of the room.
