About this show

Giles Corey plays Buddy Guy's Legends, a 500-capacity club in South Loop, on Sunday, November 22. The show starts at 9 PM. 21+. Tickets are $16.99 plus fees.

BLEAK, BEAUTIFUL & BUILT TO HAUNT YOU Giles Corey is the dark folk project of Dan Barrett, also known for his work with Have a Nice Life. The music lives somewhere between slowcore, ambient, folk, and noise, with songs that feel deeply personal, heavy, and almost ghostlike. Since releasing the project’s self-titled debut, Barrett has built a cult following around stark songwriting, lo-fi textures, and music that leans fully into grief, isolation, and the darker corners of the human experience. Live, expect something intimate, unsettling, and completely absorbing, with quiet moments that can feel just as intense as the loud ones. Grab tickets and catch Giles Corey live.
