About this show

John Scofield's "Electrospective" plays Newman Center for the Performing Arts, a 970-capacity theater in University of Denver, on Saturday, November 7. Also on the bill: Oteil Burbridge, Larry Goldings and Adam Deitch. The show starts at 7:30 PM. John Scofield's "Electrospective" also has 1 other date on Go See Shows, in New York.

Throughout his 54-year career, three-time GRAMMY Award-winner John Scofield has detoured several times from the traditions of straight-ahead jazz, exploring a blend of funk and jazz. In late autumn of 2026, Scofield will perform Electrospective, a fresh look at his now-classic fusion groove compositions after several decades.
