About this show

Oscar Peterson's Canadiana Suite plays Dazzle, a 145-capacity small room in Denver Performing Arts Complex, on Sunday, November 8. Also on the bill: An Audio and Video Experience. Doors open at 5 PM and the show starts at 6 PM. All ages. Tickets are $18 to $28 plus fees.

Musical Style: Jazz Celebrate Oscar Peterson through this specially curated audio/video experience! One of Oscar Peterson’s lesser-known works, the Canadiana Suite, is an album composed entirely of his original compositions depicting his homeland of Canada. This album progresses in geographic order- from the east coast to the west coast- with each track depicting a specific geographic location or region. Rather than explain how these places look to you, Domi embarked on a journey by train across all of Canada, collecting footage of each location.
