Lost Lake Presents Zauntee with Skema Boy on Saturday, November 21st. Meeting Zauntee is like running the Rocky Steps in Philadelphia. His frenetic, stream-of-consciousness energy pulls you in. Making high art for the Most High is what drives him. Born Zachariah Erickson, he grew up in Tampa writing and producing music from age ten. In high school, he decided every song he made would point people to God and he hasnt slowed down since. Ive always had a heart to find the outsider, the left-out kid, and that person who believes they can make it when no one else does, he says. That was me, so I want my music to be a place for them to belong. At my shows, its a family, a movement.
