About this show

Revelry plays Symphony Space, a 760-capacity theater in Upper West Side, on Thursday, November 12. The show starts at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $25 to $35 plus fees.

This singer, songwriter, playwright, and fearless storyteller is one of the most compelling voices in contemporary Black Americana. Drawing on her Southern roots—from Atlanta to South Carolina's Lowcountry—she blends blues, jazz, country, soul, folk, and rock into music that reclaims overlooked histories while charting brilliant new territory. A magnetic performer, Queen Esther is celebrated for her powerful voice, rich storytelling, and genre-defying artistry. Her acclaimed albums and groundbreaking projects illuminate the Black origins of American music while weaving together personal stories, historical truth, and unforgettable songs.
