DCINY presents Sounds of the Season , an evening of choral and symphonic artistry at Carnegie Hall with distinguished ensembles from across the nation. Debut Conductors Dr. Anna Binneweg and Dr. Douglas Brandt Byerly lead AACC Symphony Orchestra and Chamber Singers in a program exploring love, life, and peace. Debut Conductor Dr. Angelica Brooks and the Johnson C. Smith University Choir present gospels of gratitude. Stephen Sands returns to conduct Downtown Voices in Morten Lauridsen’s Lux Aeterna .
