About this show

Daily Bread plays Brooklyn Steel, a 1,800-capacity large club in East Williamsburg, on Saturday, December 5. Also on the bill: Steller and Motifv. Doors open at 8 PM and the show starts at 9 PM. 18+. Daily Bread also has 3 other dates on Go See Shows, in Portland and Chicago.

Repping from Atlanta, Daily Bread (the sonic vision of producer Rhett Whatley) has spent the last decade carving out a sound that feels both timeless and forward-leaning. Rooted in jazz guitar, crate-digging, and early beat experiments from his bedroom studio, Daily Bread’s music has always thrived at the intersection of vintage soul, gritty hip-hop, and bass-forward production. Guided by an instinct to bring old sounds to new ears, his tracks unfold like lived-in stories: warm, textured, and unmistakably his own.
