About this show

Two of today’s most compelling artists unite for an unforgettable evening: baritone Matthias Goerne brings his profound expressive power and operatic mastery, while violinist Hilary Hahn offers her trailblazing virtuosity and fearless musical curiosity. They are joined by Yekwon Sunwoo, first Korean gold medalist of the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. Together, they illuminate the classical repertoire and a new Reena Esmail work with emotional depth, technical brilliance, and electrifying artistic presence.
