About this show

Orpheus Chamber Orchestra plays Bing Concert Hall, an 842-capacity theater in Stanford University, on Sunday, November 8. Also on the bill: Pianist Isata Kanneh-Mason: Home and Suite Home. The show starts at 2:30 PM. Orpheus Chamber Orchestra also has 2 other dates on Go See Shows, in Santa Monica and Seattle.

Orpheus delivers Old World sophistication in a New York minute when pianist Isata Kanneh-Mason dives into Mozart’s crowning Viennese concerto, framed by Handel’s sparkling Water Music suite dispatched from London and a Haydn symphony custom-tailored for Paris. The Welsh composer and New York transplant Katie Jenkins brings a taste of home to her new work for Orpheus.
