About this show

Md/Dj plays The Cuff Complex, a 300-capacity club in Capitol Hill, on Friday, November 20. Also on the bill: essex. The show starts at 10 PM. 21+. Tickets are $10 plus fees.

The Cuff Complex welcomes MD/DJ and Essex on Friday, November 20th for a night of shifting rhythms and sounds that reach beyond a single genre. Queer Seattle-based DJ MD/DJ builds his sets around contrast, tension, and release. Soulful house rhythms and progressive melodies meet euphoric trance, hypnotic grooves, and harder techno. His appearances include The Cuff, Seattle Pride events, and an opening set for Luttrell during EDC Las Vegas weekend. Essex brings a global approach to open-format DJing, moving between hip-hop, R&B, reggaeton, pop, disco, house, and Afrobeats.
